I'm Kri. I'm a young professional in the technical writing field, and I've always been a learning junkie.
I've dabbled in nearly every craft and hobby you've heard of (or not). At the moment, I've settled on knitting/crochet, drawing, and modeling (miniatures made for D&D and tabletop wargaming mostly). In the past, I've been a costumer (furry and general renaissance/other nerdery) and roleplayer. I'm also interested in writing and the fiction publishing industry, with a more professional thumb applied to the pulse of the tech writing world.
There's a littered trail of blog-like attempts scattered across the Internet with one or more of my pseudonyms attached. I find the idea of journaling comforting and magical, on par with the idea of living in one of those self-sustaining treehouses or owning a herd of alpacas and knitting straight off their backs--awesome in theory, but perhaps impractical for my lifestyle.
But, as the initial cost of running a blog is much lower than the mentioned alternatives, I return to it over and over hoping it'll stick. Perhaps the relatively freeform but well-connected medium of Blogger will be the formula to success.
SO.
For as long as this lasts, I'll be posting about my current projects, things I'm only brave enough to brag about on the Internet, and occasional ponderings of the universe as I navigate the uncharted plane of adulthood. Please feel free to comment or ask questions. I'm terribly friendly.
